UFO Runner — Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 18, 2026 Developer: Harmon Digital Contact: johnharmon805@gmail.com

This privacy policy explains what information the mobile game UFO Runner (the "App"), published by Harmon Digital ("we," "us"), collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. We wrote it in plain English on purpose.

The short version

UFO Runner does not require an account, does not ask for your name, email, or contact details, and has no servers of its own — your game progress is stored only on your device. The one exception to "we collect nothing" is advertising: the App shows ads through Google AdMob, and Google's advertising service collects certain device information described below.

Information we collect directly

None. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information ourselves. There is no sign-up, no account, and no analytics service operated by us.

Game progress (scores, collected items, settings, and in-game purchases) is saved locally on your device only. We cannot see it. Uninstalling the App deletes it.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

The App displays ads using Google AdMob, an advertising service provided by Google. To serve and measure ads, Google may collect information from your device, including:

  • Your device's advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID)
  • IP address (which may imply approximate general location)
  • Device information such as model, operating system version, and language
  • Ad interaction data (which ads were shown, viewed, or tapped)

We do not receive or store this information; it is collected by Google under Google's own policies. You can read how Google uses this data here:

Your ad choices:

  • Consent: In regions where the law requires it (including the EEA, UK, and certain US states), the App presents a consent form before showing personalized ads. If you decline, ads are non-personalized.
  • Personalization: You can opt out of ad personalization device-wide in Android Settings → Google → Ads.
  • Reset or delete your Advertising ID: Also in Android Settings → Google → Ads. Deleting the ID stops it from being shared with apps.

Some ads in the App are optional "rewarded" ads that you choose to watch in exchange for an in-game benefit. Watching them is always your choice.

In-app purchases

The App may offer optional in-app purchases (for example, removing ads or purchasing in-game items). Purchases are processed entirely by Google Play. We never see or store your payment details — Google provides us only a confirmation that a purchase was made so the App can deliver the item on your device. Google's handling of your payment information is described in the Google Privacy Policy linked above.

Children

UFO Runner is a general-audience game and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children — as described above, we do not collect personal information from anyone. Where the App asks for an age range, players under 16 receive non-personalized ads only. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App in some way we have not anticipated, contact us and we will address it.

Data retention and deletion

Because we do not collect your data, there is nothing for us to retain or delete on our side:

  • Game progress: stored only on your device; uninstall the App to delete it.
  • Advertising data held by Google: managed through your Google settings and Google's policies (links above).

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example, the EEA/UK under GDPR or California under CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. Since we hold no personal data about you, most of these rights apply to data held by Google as described above — but you can always contact us at the email below and we will help you or direct your request appropriately. We do not "sell" or "share" personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA.

Security

The App communicates over the internet only for advertising (and purchase verification if you buy something). Game progress on your device is stored in encrypted form.

Changes to this policy

If we change what the App collects or how it works — for example, by adding new features — we will update this policy and revise the effective date at the top. Material changes will be noted in the App's store listing.
